Very busy and established training center is growing and looking for an Office Assistant to join us and grow with our team! This is an ideal position for someone looking to start or continue their career.
Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
Policy/Procedure Manual: Writes, maintains, updates, edits and adds streamlined systems, policies and procedures to applicable manuals so that all processes are documented. Responsible for ensuring quality and integrity of systems, processes and information flow to our employees, supports problem identification and provides solutions for continuous operational improvements for the organization.
Employee Training Processes: Responsible for developing employee training procedures and the oversight of all employee training, making sure all employees completely understand and can confidently perform all job duties, policies and procedures. Responsible for evaluating training periodically after training is completed.
Other Responsibilities:
(Responsibilities varies day to day)
Customer Service including problem resolution resulting in action taken within the best interest of the company. Operations including product & purchase inventory, maintain document inventory, client scheduling, payment processing, client & management report creation, balance cash drawer, referral reward management, collections, marketing and image & video creation, record meeting notes/minutes, and data entry. Assist Business Manager with day-to-day & long-term tasks/projects/operations.
Starting hours for the position are 35+ hours/week
Shift hours:
Monday-Friday: 9am to 5-7pm (Flexible)
-Compensation is based off performance, experience and education. Includes Bonuses!
