Delicious Low Calorie Kale Chips
This is the perfect snack to curb your weakness for salty and crunchy foods. Instead of reaching for the chips and popcorn with lots of unwanted calories and carbohydrates, you can make a big batch of these crunchy and delicious kale chips. They are perfect to divide into snack sized portions to take with you throughout the week.
- 2 bunch kale, washed and torn, stems discarded
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- Dash of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the kale pieces with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread evenly on foil-lined baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes, watching closely that they do not burn. Remove from oven when crispy.
