  • 5 wooden skewers
  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 bite-sized watermelon pieces
  • 5 bite-sized cantaloupe pieces
  • 5 bite-sized mango pieces
  • 5 bite-sized pineapple pieces
  • 5 bite-sized kiwi pieces
  • 5 blueberries
  • 5 blackberries


  1. Cut fruit into bite-sized chunks.

  2. Put the chunks of fruit on each skewer in a rainbow pattern - red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
