Easy To Make Green Bean, Egg and Quinoa Salad
Here’s a tasty and innovative way to eat your green beans – tossed with quinoa, sliced plum and topped with hard boiled egg. This type of salad, where the base is a steamed vegetable and topped with protein, makes a phenomenally fit meal that will help you reach your fitness goals faster than ever.
- 1 cup red quinoa, cooked
- 2 cup green beans, steamed
- 2 ripe plum, thinly sliced
- 2 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- ground black pepper
Cook the red quinoa in a medium size pot on the stovetop.
Steam green beans and cut them into 1 inch slices.
Combine the quinoa, beans, plum and egg in a large bowl.
