- 2 cups sliced strawberry
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
For The Strawberry Dressing
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon agave nectar
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- Dash of salt & pepper
- 12 strawberries
Combine the ingredients of the dressing into a blender and mix until smooth.
Toss the microgreens with strawberries and dressing.
Sprinkle with walnuts to top it off.
