Easy to Make Sweet & Smoky Chicken
This chicken has awesome flavor and is easy to make for a weeknight dinner. You can serve it with a leafy green salad and a side of asparagus or broccoli for the perfect healthy and balanced meal.
- 8 bone-in, skin-on, organic chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 packet Stevia
- dash of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place in a large Ziploc bag.
In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for a marinade.
Add the mix to the Ziploc bag and toss until the chicken is fully coated.
Place the coated chicken thighs on a broiling pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
