- 3 lbs minced, grass-fed beef
- 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 zucchini
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley

Combined the spinach, oranges, cucumbers, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and strawberries in a bowl.
