On The Go Oat Meal
In a Rush and need a breakfast on the spot and on the go?! Here is a quick recipe for Oatmeal that not only tastes good but is fast and easy!

Ingredients
- 2 cup raw oats
- 2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoop BPI Sports Whey-HD, chocolate cookie
- 2 cup, mashed banana
- 8 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
- 6 tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions

Combine oats, Greek yogurt, and whey protein in a large bowl. Mix until incorporated. Add a drizzle of water if necessary to help moisturize all the powder.

Slice large banana into quarter-sized pieces.

Add banana and peanut butter to the oat mixture and mix.

Garnish with flax seeds and eat the whole thing!
