  • 2 sprouted grain bun
  • 4 Tablespoons hummus
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Half of an avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 12 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 thin slices of onion
  • 8 slices of heirloom tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
