Very busy and established training center is growing and looking for an Operations & Training Coordinator to join us and grow with our team! This is an ideal position for someone looking to start or continue their career.
Policy/Procedure Manual: Writes, maintains, updates, edits and adds streamlined systems, policies and procedures to applicable manuals so that all processes are documented. Responsible for ensuring quality and integrity of systems, processes and information flow to our employees, supports problem identification and provides solutions for continuous operational improvements for the organization.
Employee Training Processes: Responsible for developing employee training procedures and the oversight of all employee training, making sure all employees completely understand and can confidently perform all job duties, policies and procedures. Responsible for evaluating training periodically after training is completed.
Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned during the duration of the position such as memos, document creation and editing of team projects.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will be responsible for the employees’ training of new policies and procedures and keeping track of employee signatures as they are understood by each employee.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will make the best and most efficient use of their time spent performing job duties. The highest quality and attention to detail for each task must be executed.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will, at times, proofread and edit important professional documents as needed, and incorporate proper grammar, punctuation, voice, syntax, tense, etc., to any and all written pieces, such as training, manuals, blogs.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will write blogs on interesting topics for marketing purposes.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will attend company employee meetings and formal meetings of managers and employees.
The Operations & Training Coordinator will follow the dress code as stated by owner, keeping a neat and comfortable business-like appearance.
The Operations & Training Coordinator may be responsible for attendance at company and community events or trainings outside of normal work hours, with advanced notification.
Starting hours for the position are 35+ hours/week
Monday-Friday: 8:30am to 3:30pm (Flexible)
-Compensation is based off performance, experience and education. Includes Bonuses!
