Roasted Brussels Sprouts Crunchy Treat
Brussels sprouts make a healthy and fibrous side dish to go along with your lean protein. This roasted recipe is quick and easy to make, and the end results is a crunchy treat that your taste buds will love.
- 24 Brussels Sprouts
- 2 teaspoon Olive oil to drizzle
- Salt and pepper
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the stem off the Brussels Sprouts and then cut them in half lengthwise.
Drizzle with olive oil, coating evenly. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
Place the Brussels Sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, using tongs coat the Brussels Sprouts with the garlic. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. The cut side of the Brussels Sprouts should be browned and crispy.
