Simple Seasonal Fruit Salad

Curb your sweet tooth with nature’s candy: fresh fruit. This dessert is very simple, perfect on those hot summer days and oh-so-sweet. Use fresh, local, organic fruit for optimal taste and nutrition. This recipe is versatile so feel free to add in whatever fresh fruit you have!

Ingredients

  • 2 small watermelon, chopped
  • 2 cantaloupe, seeded and chopped
  • 2 mango, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, minced

Instructions

  1. Chop the fruit into small, uniform cubes. 

  2. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, then scoop into small cups. Enjoy!
