Sam S. (Personal Trainer)

Sam has spent much of the last year working with and training varsity athletes at the University of New England where he also received his Bachelors in Exercise Science. Much of his passions lie in creating an atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to fulfill their fullest potential. He was a four year varsity athlete on the men’s lacrosse team and was named an NSCA All American in Strength and Conditioning.

Aside from personal training, Sam loves camping and hiking. He is perpetually on a quest for the country’s best breakfast sandwich and always appreciates recommendations!
