Wesley’s passion and love for fitness started when she signed up for cross country and track and field in middle school. She became the team captain for both her junior and senior year in high school. After graduating from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree, she signed up for her first marathon. Since then, she has run 17 marathons and 8 half marathons.
While Wesley was working at a running store, one of her colleagues introduced her to the world of personal training. She eventually earned her personal training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Never one to be complacent when it comes to her quest for knowledge, Wesley earned her Performance Enhancement Specialization and Fitness Nutrition Coach Specialization. Wesley decided to study these specializations because of her interest in nutrition and recent running injury.
Wesley loves to teach, motivate, and encourage her clients to help them reach their lifestyle and fitness goals. She is driven and eager to learn more so she can deliver the best programs for her diverse clients’ goals and lifestyles.
