Vegetables are great fillers in your diet, and this asparagus recipe is easy to make and tastes great. It requires very little prep work and when it’s served with a piece of lean meat, you have a fast and delicious meal that is lean and green.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus.
In a casserole dish, combine the asparagus, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
Remove from oven and mix in the lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
