Using this green juice as a snack is an easy way to get in your servings of fruits and vegetables if you’ve been slacking. Be aware that the juicing process does remove the vegetables of the majority of their fiber, so be sure to get your fill in at mealtimes.
Wash the vegetables, cut the ends off the carrots and peel the ginger.
Run each item through the juicer.
Mix until combined, pour into two glasses and enjoy.
