These wraps are a super easy and quick snack that is high in protein and fiber, but low in sugar and carbs. Pack them up to take with you to work for a healthy power snack. You can also swap the ham out for turkey slices if you prefer.

  • 8 ham slices
  • 2 small apple
  • 6 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 Tablespoon raisins


  1. Assemble the ham slices with a smear of almond butter, a few apple slices and a sprinkle of raisins. Roll up and enjoy!
