Our Core Values

At Horizon Personal Training and Nutrition, we strive to do the absolute best that we can in order to help our clients reach their fitness goals as fast as possible. We always hold true to our core values and putting the client first is what we do best. We are here to motivate, inspire, and instill a passion for healthy living in all clients. In order to do the best we can, we aim to maintain a positive atmosphere by growing open, honest, and comfortable relationships with everyone who walks through our doors to train with us. It is very important to us to keep everyone on track, so we do all that we can to hold our clients accountable to their goals. Reaching goals, growing, and believing it can be done is what we hold dear to us, so clients will always receive 120% of our efforts to do so.

To Motivate, Inspire, And Instill A Passion For Healthy Living In All Employees And Clients.

Motivation can come from many angles. We motivate our clients by telling and giving them exactly what is necessary in order to achieve their goals. All of our trainers have a story of why they do what they do. Most of them have gone through transformations themselves, so they understand exactly where many of our clients are coming from. Being able to relate in a “been there, done that” kind of way is crucial. We know what you are going through. We push clients to their max and show them strength that they never thought they had! In addition, we help fight through common barriers like time, stress, and financial issues that may have held them back in the past. Something can always be done about a situation, and taking no for an answer is not included in anything that we do.

To Grow Open, Honest, Positive And Comfortable Relationships With Our Clients.

Being personable is crucial. If a client doesn’t feel comfortable enough to be honest with their trainer, it will be very hard to pinpoint many of the barriers that may be holding them back. Training should be one of the best parts of your day, and we make that so by keeping our environment very comfortable and fun. Our trainers truly care about what clients may be going through. Stress alone can inhibit weight loss. Talking to our clients about what’s going on in their lives and staying up to date with them is a huge reason of why we’re so successful at helping them reach their goals. Nothing is left on the table. At the end of the day, we will do all that can be done so that our clients will achieve success without a doubt!

To Hold Our Clients Accountable To Their Goals.

Being held accountable is what many people need. Let’s face it, we all fall off track sometimes. Rocky couldn’t have said it any better when he said “it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward”. We must keep moving forward. At Horizon PT and Nutrition, we hold clients accountable by contacting them when it seems that they are falling off. We check nutrition habits. We keep track of workouts at our facility and workouts that may have to be done at home. We do all that we can to ensure that our clients are staying on track. Clients’ results are most important, and we do ALL that we can to ensure that they get them, bar none.

We are very successful at what we do. This success has come purely based off of our core values. We treat clients with respect. In short, we care. All of our trainers are passionate and are not in this business for anything except for ensuring that we help people by changing their lives in the most positive way possible. We instill motivation and passion for taking care of yourself. We build phenomenal relationships with clients while holding them accountable so that they get what they pay for, and much, much more.
