- 2 cup cabbages
- 2 carrots
- 2 green onions
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoon sliced almonds
- 4 teaspoons sesame low fat dressing
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast

Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and cilantro into very small pieces.
