Quick & Easy Sesame Chopped Salad
This salad makes a light and refreshing meal that won’t get you tired of eating salads. It’s quick and easy to throw together in a pinch without sacrificing your nutrition.
- 2 cup cabbages
- 2 carrots
- 2 green onions
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoon sliced almonds
- 4 teaspoons sesame low fat dressing
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast
Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and cilantro into very small pieces.
Add the almonds and toss with dressing.
Top with chopped chicken breast.
