Healthy and Easy Albacore Lettuce Wraps
Tuna is a healthy and convenient item that can be found in the inner aisles of the grocery store that is filled with omega-3s and vitamin B12. This quick and easy lunch meal has the added benefit of being high in protein and low in fat.

- 8 large lettuce leaves, washed
- 4 tbsp finely chopped white onion
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- 2 cans albacore chunk tuna, packed in water
- 4 tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dried dill
- Pepper to taste
Combine the onion, red bell pepper, tuna, and the 1 apple in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons of dried dill.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tuna and mix well until it is completely mixed.
Organize the lettuce leaves on the plates. Then fill with tuna. Garnish the lettuce wraps with a sprinkle of pepper.
